Leadership Summit-I

SEC conducted a Staff Development Programme exclusively for the Heads and Associate Heads of various departments on 24/7/10 at Seminar Hall, Sona Block, SEC. Since the Programme is exclusively organised for the HoDs & AHoDs, all of them eagerly participated and gained knowledge about the leadership skills.

The program started with Inauguration by Dr. M. Radhakrishnan, Principal, SEC at 9.15 am.

Ms. Latha, Skills Zone was the resource person and started the Base camp : “ Excelling as a Leader” at 9.30 am and after the tea break, she stepped up the programme with the concept of Mount K2: “Leading from the Front”.

After the lunch break, Ms. Latha spoke about the theme Mount Everest: “Being on Top” from 13.30 hrs to 16.00 hrs. All the participants attended the programme with enthusiasm and interest.
