He has over 20 years of teaching experience and 6 years of industrial experience. He is currently serving as Professor and Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Sudharsan Engineering College, Pudukkottai.
He has published 10 papers in international journals and has participated in numerous national and international conferences. His research interests include the design and development of Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) systems integrated with embedded technologies for industrial applications.
He is a life member of professional bodies such as the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE)

He excels academically, and eager to learn outside the classroom, picks up new ideas quickly, and has a strong aptitude for research and rigorous problem solving. What stood out was his genuine interest in delving deep into the subject matter, prioritizing proper understanding over mere exam readiness. His grades in Bachelor degree and Doctoral Degree in all courses reflect the same. He served in NIT- Tiruchirappalli as Temporary Faculty in the Department of Production Engineering and More than 7 years of experience in Teaching and 6 years of Research. He has admirably melded machine learning with manufacturing inspection, echoing a commitment to interdisciplinary exploration. He achieved this through keen collaboration with industry and the sound theoretical knowledge he acquired. His subjects of interest are Engineering Graphics, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Thermodynamics, Design of Machine elements and produced very good results.

He conducted many National workshops, trainings and Alumni talk series. He has delivered invited talks in national workshops and Guest lectures.
